Our spacious home is located on the East side of Floras Lake in Langlois, just 15 miles south of Bandon on the Southern Oregon Coast.
The living room has a spectacular view of Floras Lake and a substantial rock fireplace to warm your evenings. Our home is tastefully furnished with leather sofas and my mother’s antiques.
The master bedroom has a lovely view of Floras Lake through its sliding glass doors. This lakefront beauty is situated in a protected area of the lake where the winds are light. It is an ideal location for trout fishing, walking on the Oregon coast, or just relaxing.
If you bring your own boat, we have a private boat dock. You can rent our 2-person and 1-person kayaks, or our 14' "trout fishing" boat with motor during your stay. There is a public boat launch on Floras Lake with windsurfing. There is a windsurfing school that offers lessons and equipment rentals. This is the perfect vacation rental for windsurfers, or anyone wanting to learn windsurfing.If you need massage therapy,you can go to Bandon and it's about 30 minutes'ride from there to Floras Lake.
Floras Lake is an ideal place for taking photos, walking on the beach, or sight seeing on the Oregon coast. With a quick 15-mile drive you can enjoy the town of Bandon. Bandon is a great little beach town with shops, crabbing, and the Bandon cheese factory. There is a marina where you can charter finishing boats, and miles of gorgeous coast line to explore.
